Pentax will soon be releasing the Optio RZ18 digital camera which is loaded with many exquisite features. The camera which will retail for $299.95 will feature an 18x lens with a 16Mp image sensor.
The Optio RZ18 digital camera will go on the sales rack from October 21st and will be available in three colors: black, pearl white or metallic orange. The camera will use this sensor to reduce shake in a system that is similar to the one on the Pentax DSLR cameras.
The camera also has a 3-inch 460k-dot LCD to set the image frame and to review the pictures. The device also features face detection and an advanced pet mode which enable sharp and clear picture quality. The camera also has an automatic mode which chooses any of the 16 scene modes to give a better picture.
Recording video is a delight with the help of the 9 point autofocus system which gives very sharp and focused video at 720p30 resolution.

Canon launches PowerShot SX150, Canon Ixus 1100HS and Canon Ixus 230HS in the Middle East.
Canon Ixus range is specially designed to shoot high-quality still images and capture Full HD video with stereo sound. Canon Ixus models feature HS system which helps take picture in low light conditions.
Ixus1100 HS, one of the thinnest in the range of Canon Ixus cameras has 12x optical zoom and 28mm wide-angle lens. It comes with a large eight centimetre PureColor II Touch LCD screen.
Canon Ixus 230 HS comes in six colors. It has 28mm 8x optical zoom lens and its thickness is 22.1mm.Canon Ixus 230 HS considered to be the slimmest camera in the world. A more affordable PowerShot SX150 IS comes with 14.1 Megapixel resolution sensor and a 12x optical zoom with 336mm telephoto reach.
